Lavender is great for relieving stress and so is a regular practice of meditation. We're hosting a meditation seminar here at the farm November 11th and 12th. Our guest instructor from Connecticut, Janaki Pierson, has been teaching meditation for over twenty five years. She has a warm, sincere way of teaching and a wonderful, infectious laugh. With practical instruction, some inspiration, and light encouragement, she gently guides a path to a regular meditation practice.
